Each pack is full of native wildflower seed balls - a super lovely and simple way to grow wildflowers from seed. All you need is a bare patch of soil - scatter the seed balls and let nature do the rest! They'll work equally well in a garden bed or pot, in an urban setting or the middle of the countryside. Great as a little something for yourself or for someone who loves bees and butterflies and nature in general.

Variations
Bee Mix: A mix of native wildflowers that bees will just love! This carefully selected mix is designed specifically to attract solitary bees, honey bees and bumblebees. Mix of Birdsfoot Trefoil, Foxglove, Red Clover, Viper’s Bugloss and Wild Marjoram – all recommended as bee-friendly plants by the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.
Butterfly Mix: A mix of native wildflowers that are perfect for butterflies! This lovely collection of mostly purple, pink and blue flowers is designed to attract butterflies to our gardens, balconies and window boxes. Mix of Purple Loosestrife, Forget-me-not, Musk mallow, Red campion and Yarrow.
Garden Meadow: A beautiful mix of native wildflowers that are perfect for pollinators. Garden Meadow is a colourful combination of hardy annuals and perennials that will do well in most gardens, including those in more polluted areas (this mix would also be ideal for road verges). Mix of Common toadflax, Cornflower, Cowslip, Meadow cranesbill, Musk mallow, Oxeye daisy and Red campion.
Poppy: A pack bursting with common poppy seeds. A bright red flowering annual – this hugely popular native wildflower is fantastic for pollinators and garden birds and a stunning addition to any wildflower garden.
Shade Mix: A mix of British native wildflowers that are ideal for shadier areas. While these will struggle in total shade (as would all flowers!), this mix is designed for spots which receive only dappled sun or sun for just one part of the day. Contains Bellflower, Forget-me-not, Meadow buttercup, Meadowsweet, Oxeye daisy, Ragged robin and Red campion.

Each box (made from 100% recycled card) contains 12 seed balls, with instructions on the back showing how best to use them. Together three packs will cover 2-3 square meters in a garden. They work really well in pots too on balcoinies and windfowboxes. Simply scatter on top of soil or compost (no digging or expertise required!) and nature will do the rest!
We create the balls ourselves from a mixture of national UK wildflower seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder. The outer clay protects means that the seeds are inaccessible to ants & birds, and once sufficient water has permeated the clay, the seeds inside begin to germinate - helped along by the nutrients and minerals contained within the ball. The chilli powder continues to deter slugs and snails while the seed ball slowly degrades and the seeds sprout.
