Each Self Care Sundays Box is hand-packed with love in East Sussex. I started Self Care Sundays Box because I love beauty products, self-care and getting packages in the mail. I wanted to create the ultimate happy mail, one that is a joy to receive and actually gets used.
As the daughter of a dermatologist I learned all about taking good care of your skin from a young age. What I forgot as I grew up and became a mother myself was to continue taking care of myself. Self Care Sundays Box was born out of necessity. I was tired, over-worked, and lacking the energy to figure out how to take some time to care for me. I wanted something easy that required no thought. I was given gifts of papmering products but because they required thought as to how and when to use them and they didn’t all go together, they just sat on my shelves. I knew I could make something that was better and easier for people.
I began my journey with lots and lots of research. Trying to find something that would give me the tools I needed to have a weekly pampering session, using high quality products, and really making me feel like I was at a spa without having to leave my home. With Self Care Sundays Box you can just disappear into the bathroom for 30 minutes, and come out a completely different person.
