Based in London's Royal Borough of Greenwich, SHOPBOXD is a female-owned, full-service gifting company that curates the best products so you can send the perfect custom, corporate or celebratory gift.

The SHOPBOXD team makes it easier to find gift boxes for friends, colleagues and loved ones that you want to both give and receive.

We gather unique gifts from around the country and the world and host them all in one place. We've done all the hard work so you don't have to. We make gift-giving easier for people who want to show affection with elevated, personal, well-presented gifts.

All our gifts come with a free, handwritten note so you can send your gift with a message of your choosing.

We are the time-saving option when it comes to gift-giving for all of life's moments; your unique gifts will be packed with love and delivered in style.

Our gifts not only look good, they also do good. In partnership with Ecologi, we plant one tree for every gift box we send.

Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

1. Royal Mail Tracked 48 (included in price of gift) - Your item should arrive within two business days. Includes predicted day and estimated time of delivery by SMS and/or email.

2. DHL Express - £6.95. Your item should arrive within one business day for orders placed after 12:00. DHL will text and/or email the number/email address you leave at checkout when your gift is en-route. Deliveries are made from 9 am and up to 10 pm.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Your gift will be despatched between one to two business days of your order. Delivery via DHL usually takes one business day.

We cannot dispatch or deliver gifts on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. Please also note that we cannot deliver on Tuesdays following a Bank Holiday, or on Bank Holiday Fridays. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on a Friday after 12:00 will be dispatched the following Monday.

While deliveries can be made to workplaces and hospitals, we suggest sending gifts to a domestic address. For non-domestic addresses, please supply as much information as possible.

Some hospitals or workplaces may have restricted entry to wards/departments, or cannot receive deliveries at weekends. If the delivery person cannot gain entry, the parcel may be returned to us meaning you’ll have to pay for postage again.

Terms and Conditions

Due to the highly personalised nature of our service, we only accept returns if the gift box or items therein are damaged or defective. Products must be returned in their packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the standards mentioned above. To discuss your exchange or refund, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your gift.
