Shortcross Irish Gin. Ireland's most awarded gin, distilled in small batches, each bottle is hand labelled & waxed dipped creating a bespoke special gift.

Our small batch philosophy ensures that every aspect of our gin meets our exacting vision. From foraging our botanicals, drawing our own fresh water, distilling in our copper pot still, to labeling, signing and wax dipping each and every bottle – everything is crafted and perfected by hand.

A classical gin, with a unique twist; best described as floral meadow, wild berries and grassy notes. It is a smooth gin, with an exceptionally long finish.

Delicious over ice with a premium tonic water, such as Thomas Henry Elderflower or Fever-Tree, garnish with the zest of fresh orange, or enjoyed neat as a sipping gin.
