Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is one of the oldest known honey products, it is extremely nutritious and contains nearly all the nutrients required by the human body. It is rich in enzymes and contains all the necessary amino acids the body requires. Bee pollen can contain anywhere between 12% to 30% plus of protein and its packed with vitamin B and minerals such as iron, magnesium, zinc, protein and fibre.

Bee pollen should be mixed with your favourite foods and eating it raw is the best. Never cook or add to food that requires heating.

Bee pollen is not the same as allergy causing pollen that is dry.
