There aren’t many gins crafted from the grape instead of the grain! If you’re looking for something refreshingly different for the gin lover in your life, our artisanal London Dry Gin is a perfect choice.
Sing Gin is made with seven botanicals, including juniper, mint, orange peel and flax. The Yorkshire Dales village of Kettlesing that inspired our name once grew flax as a crop and we were keen to bring this sense of heritage to our unique recipe. These botanicals are hand-crushed in our distillery for a signature blend of flavours and aromas.
Using the grape rather than the grain has enabled us to achieve a silky smooth mouthfeel, complemented by a floral, lightly-sweet subtlety and hints of pine to finish.
As a family business, we’re incredibly proud of our gin and put a lot of thought into every part of its journey; from the gin’s time-honoured distilling method to the hand-wrapped, beautifully designed bottle, all boxed up with a signed notecard and cocktail recipe.
