All our dairy fudge is made by hand on the stove top in the traditional way, using fresh cream, butter and sugar (and plenty of stirring!) The flavourings we use are all natural and plant based for absolute authenticity. And our methods and recipes are top secret. Your order will arrive with roughly a 4 week Best Before date. We recommend storing the fudge at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
