What happens if I miss my delivery?
If your order contains one of our hampers, and a recipient has not been present to receive the order, or arranged a collection, your hamper may be returned to us. Fortunately, our hampers have a 2 month minimum shelf-life and we can arrange for it to be redelivered. To arrange this, please complete payment via this product.
If your order contains one of our bakes, we advise a recipient is available to receive your order or a secure and sheltered safe place is provided to the courier. EDEN Bakes all come with full tracking (where a mobile number is provided) and a 3-5 day shelf-life. We would prefer you to enjoy them at their freshest, within 24-hours of despatch. If however, it has not been possible to deliver due to: a safe place not being available, no recipient being present or access to the delivery address, the courier will sadly dispose of your order (as it contains perishable products), and you will need to place a new order.
I’ve provided an incorrect address, can I change it?
Yes, depending where your order is within the delivery processes.
If your order has not yet been accepted/processed, we can amend this for you at no additional charge. If your order has been processed and/or despatched, but not yet reached the day of delivery, we can amend this for a fee of £7.50. Please contact us immediately if you require assistance.
