We want you to absolutely love the handwriting or personalised orders we create for you. To get the best results, please follow our guidelines below.
We recommend no more than 20 characters (including spaces, punctuation, letters, and numbers) on the disc included with this piece. We are aware that some people would like a secret message style engraving only visible through a magnifying glass or jewellers loupe. Because of this, we are happy to engrave any number of characters on your piece at your request. However, we do strongly urge caution if considering going over our recommended limits.
Please be aware that the more characters that your message contains, the smaller the writing will become. Script fonts are harder to read than block fonts at the smaller sizes - so these are recommended to be used only on shorter messages of one or two words with block fonts recommended for three words or over.
To help prevent any confusion with how you envision your engraving, please use the example instructions in the personalisation box to format your request.
Finally, if you are not sure if it will fit (or are simply wanting to make sure you are happy with the layout) please pop us a message and we will send over a mock-up proof for you to confirm. If we do not hear from you, we will engrave your piece exactly with the message exactly as you have left it in the personalisation box.

Handmade with love from solid .925 Sterling Silver, we always include full care instructions to keep it looking new for as long as possible. Please note that due to the nature of the product there may be slight variations in the detail and finish of this piece. If you prefer a specific shade or cut of stone (if applicable), please do let us know and we will try to match your request as closely as possible.
All our pieces that are of the correct weight are fully hallmarked with the London Goldsmiths Assay Office. The hallmark of a UK Assay Office is proof that an item (in all its parts) is of the standard of fineness indicated by the hallmark struck on that item and can be independently verified by any qualified metalsmith or jeweller so you can always be sure of the highest possible quality when buying from us.
We aim to make and dispatch your piece as soon as we can with our standard FREE first-class postage. We work on our orders in the order that we receive them, but will always try to accommodate you if you need your order for a specific date so, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions that you may have, and we will be happy to help
