How to return your prints to us: The preferred option at the moment, to enable us to create your order as promptly as possible and especially due to potential postal delays, would be for you to scan your prints and send us the file by attaching it to your order enquiry (details below). The 'notes' app for iphone has a scanner option which works really well for this, but you can also download some good scanner apps for iphone/android too, so you don't necessarily need a scanner to do this.
Alternatively, for an adiditonal cost, we can provide a pre paid envelope and you can pop them in the post to us. Please note, your prints will be black at this stage - don't panic! We'll magically change their colour later and can tidy up any little smudges too.
If you choose to scan your prints your image should be scanned in black and white to 600dpi.
To send us your scanned image: sign into your nothonthehighstreet.com account. Click on 'My orders', find the order youve placed with us, then click on 'order enquiry'. Scroll down and click on 'choose file' to attach your image, then click 'submit'. Let us know anything we might need to know in the enquiry box too.
Where possible, we will reproduce your prints at their actual size, but can also shrink them down in the case of older children.
The plates are made from bone china. The designs are applied by hand and they are then kiln fired.
Please note, the delivery of these items will take up to 10 days from the time we receive your prints back.
The plates are dishwasher and microwave safe.
