Personalised Pet Memorial Grave Marker

A gorgeous, personalised pet memorial heart made from clear acrylic featuring the pets’ name and the words ‘You left paw prints on our hearts’.

There are also paw prints travelling up one corner of the heart and a large paw print with a heart cut out of the middle at the bottom. There is a stake attached so that it can be placed in the garden or in a planter.
