At Stalwart Crafts, our premium Italian leather is sourced from dairy cows which, when the time comes, are butchered for their meat, leaving the hides as a by-product. These skins are treated at our local tannery in Waalwijk, the Netherlands. It is here, over the past five years, that we have perfected a unique process, which results in the finest hand-made leather aprons available anywhere in the world. This process ensures the leather has the optimum thickness, weight, flexibility, comfort and protection for working day-in, day-out.
