Either heat in the microwave or cool in the freezer for desired affect.
Heat by... placing in a clean microwave for 30-60 seconds at 600W - perfect for mindfulness and relieving the day's tension.
Cool by... freezing for a minimum of 30 minutes - great for strained muscles
