CREATE YOUR FRAME
1. Choose your frame size and embroidery colour
2. Place your order online.
3. Hand write your embroidery onto plain white paper using a felt-tip black pen. Take a clear photo in good, natural light. Ensure the writing is clear.
4. Submit an order enquiry and upload the your photo.
The space available for embroidery is:
Frame: 4×4” - Embroidery space: 3x3”
Frame: 4x6" - Embroidery space: 3x4.5”
Frame: 5×7” - Embroidery space: 4x6”

HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO:
1. Login to your Not On The High Street account and go to ‘My Orders’.
2. Click ‘Contact Seller’.
3. Attach the image to a message, enter your name into the text box and submit.
If you don’t have a Not On The High Street account or if you have any problems please email your photo to [email protected] with your order number for StephieAnn.
Your hand writing will then be digitised for embroidery and StephieAnn will be in touch with any questions if need be. Please note, if the design goes over our standard time for embroidery an extra charge may apply.
