Stitchme was created to bring the theraputic joy of tapestry available to everyone - it's very user friendly because we print your image directly onto the canvas and have developed a sysytem as easy to work with as a 'paint by numbers' technique.
Your kit includes your photo image printed on the tapestry canvas, Anchor tapestry wools, simple to follow instructions, stitch count pattern, needle and needle threader.
No experience needed as full instructions and everything required for completeing your tapestry is included.
Your canvas is printed in vivid colours with a key to show you the actual colour of wool, this is to differentiate between wools of similar colour and to make stitching easy.
Once you have placed your order you will recive a proof of how your completed tapestry will look, once approved we will create and send you everything you need to create this wonderful keepsake!

For best results we recommend that you follow these simple guidelines in selecting your image:
Choose a head shot or upper body - the simpler the background the more detail you will have of your subject.
Good colour and contrast between subject and background works best. Selfies or photos taken close to the subject with a flash will tend to bleach out colour tones and are not recommended. We will crop your image to the correct proportions and optimium size and will email a proof for your approval prior to creating your kit.
In addition we can convert your colour image into black and white or sepia at no additional cost.
