Like all our beers, Lithgae Lager is handmade in small batches with love. Our flagship lager is made with cereals containing gluten, and then crafted to remove gluten during fermentation. This means that you get a perfect, great-tasing beer that is gluten free - and each batch is independently laboratory tested to check that's the case.
