When filling in the personalisation form, we will change all names into lowercase and change ‘and’ / ‘&’ into a heart as standard. If you wish the names to be in capital letters please send us a message but we will not be able to include the swirl in and out of the names as this is not supported by the font but the heart will still come as standard. We are also unable to print any emojis or symbols. If used they will unfortunately be left out of your personalisation.
