our initial keepsake card is a unique birthday card to someone special on an important birthday that will be treasured.

Each one of our cards features a bespoke wooden keepsake design which can be personalised with an initial and a message underneath on the front of the card.
You can also choose to have text printed on the inside of the card, or leave it blank if you wish to hand-write a message.
When including your details on the form, please be careful of spelling and punctuation as we will copy your text exactly.
If you wish to send the card direct, please select this option in the menu and you can leave your message at checkout or please drop us a line.

Made from card stock.
Keepsake is oak and is securely attached to the card but can be detached to be stored as a keepsake if you wish to recycle the card.
It comes complete with a white envelope.
