We use royal mail 48 hrs service, and this is tracked once delivered. We do not use fully tracked service as this would cost you an extra £4.50.

This year there is only myself working due to covid, so I may not be able to answer all mail promtly.

Please wait atleast a minimum of 1 and half weeks for your parcel before contacting us. This is neccesay to state as royal mail are suffering set backs and delays of their own.
