I attended my second retreat with Synergy last weekend. The first time I went to Wanstead, this time at Harlow. Both locations are lovely, and both have absolutely gorgeous grounds to walk around during the mindful walking. It is such a good opportunity to just switch off and decompress for a whole day. The yoga was gentle and accessible to all, but with adaptations to make it easier or more challenging for those who need it. The course of the day ran so smoothly, Miranda who ran the Essex retreat had such a calming and nurturing manner whilst leading us through the different activities, she is very experienced and knowledgeable in what she does. I felt like I managed to switch off my brain and truly embrace relaxation and mindfulness for the day.
