WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

You can change the location of the voucher
Most venue has disability access but the walk activity may not be suitable.
We cater for most food allergies ie, gluten, dairy free, vegan etc but DO NOT cater for a peanut or life threatning food allergy, for your own safety we ask you bring your own food.
The retreat is designed to help you disconnect. Mobile phones are not permitted during the retreat, in case of an emergency guests will be given a number where they can be contacted

You will receive a personalised letter from one of our mindfulness teachers insipiring you on how to use your journal on the lead up to the retreat day. The design of the journal may vary from Picture but will be of same size & quality.
