A selection of 4 dark chocolate bars and cacao tea, carefully handcrafted in the UK from fairly traded cacao beans.
In this selection box of chocolates you will find a dark milk chocolate made with cacao beans from Belize, the Bleu de Prusse. The Bleu de Cobalt & Vert Emeraude are both made with cacao beans from Monte Grande, respectively 65% and 75%, although dark these aren't bitter but rather fruity and fragrant. Our darkest chocolate the 82% cacao, Terre Verte, is made with cacao beans from Haiti
We also included a bag of cacao tea, by-product from our micro batch chocolate production.
