The grapes, which are hand cut, are vinified with a temperature-controlled fermentation. They undergo a long maceration period so the tannins, colour and aromas can be developed. We age this robust wine in steel barrels for 9 months so the flavour can develop then for a further 4 months in the bottle.
The fruity and intoxicating blend of Malbec with the spicy and persistent notes of Cabernet Sauvignon, give life to a blend of flavours and aromas that are complex, elegant, rich and full-bodied.
The bottles are closed with an eco friendly cork then the labels and wax are added by hand.
