This vibrant handmade gold Liberty Print card is created using a shimmering metallic gold fabric for the initial.
The 6cm initial in the gold Liberty print is appliqued onto the jewel-like colour of the background, and this tonal print echoes the berry design of the gold metallic fabric.
The initial motif is completed with a free-motion outline in a dark co-ordinating thread.
Liberty Lasenby Cotton, a linen-like fabric has been used to create these richly coloured and embroidered cards. We use raw-edge applique and free-motion outlines. giving a modern twist to a traditional craft.
There are five vibrant background colours to choose from: Rose Red, Royal Purple, Azure Blue, Dark Jade and Cornish Granite.

The square card displays the initial with a decorative gold stitched border in a line above the initial and a line beneath.
The rectangular card displays the initial with the name of the recipient stitched in a co-ordinating colour on an ivory- coloured border beneath decorative gold stitching.
These cards are window mounted and either design would be lovely to display as it is. They would also look great popped into a frame to stand on a shelf, to hang on a wall or on a bedroom door.
