LOCATION: Boarding Gate One, London Eye Pier

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

• Experience operates hourly from the London Eye Pier.
• Operating daily from March to October, Thursday through to Sunday from November to February.
• All guests must arrive 15 minutes before departure for kitting up and safety briefing.
• There will be up to a maximum of 12 passengers per boat.
• Guests need to dress appropriately for the weather, coats and lifejackets are provided free of charge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Not suitable for guests at any stage of pregnancy.
• Not suitable for anyone with historic or current neck or back conditions or complaints.
• Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests in wheelchairs must be able to transfer themselves to the vessels seating and be able to sit unaided whilst on-board, there are a few steps with hand rails to the vessels seating area.
