Chilli, ginger and sichuan heaven. A ginger version of Yorkshire Dragon poured over Sichuan peppers, Bhut Jolokia flake and pods. Chuck Norris in a jar!
Made using a special ginger version of our 100g Yorkshire Dragon chilli jam, which makes it hotter and sharper. This is mixed with Sichuan Pepper Corns before pouring over a bed of Bhut Jolokia flakes and pods. About 25 seconds in the Sichuan will give you a numb tingly sensation on your tongue which amplifies the massive heat of the chilli jam... be very careful, it's got more than a bit of a kick!
We don't use any artificial preservatives or gelling agents, just old school preservation techniques. Shelf life of three years from manufacture.
