Charcoal Cheese Truckle - Our most unique mature cheddar that has been blended with activated charcoal to create a creamy, black-coloured cheese truckle with a rich taste.

Botanist Gin & Tonic Cheese Truckle - This mature cheddar has been mixed with juniper berries to deliver all the flavours of a classic gin and tonic.

Extra-Mature Vintage Cheese Truckle - Our strongest cheddar has matured over three and a half years to deliver creamy cheese with crunchy salt crystals for additional flavour.

Naturally Smoked Cheese Truckle - This creamy has been naturally smoked and blended with a hint of paprika to give a subtle flavour kick to a mature cheddar.

Caramelised Red Onion Cheese Truckle - This best selling cheddar has been expertly combined with delicious caramelised onion chutney to deliver a sweet and rich tasting mature cheese, that all love.
