HOW TO SUPPLY YOUR PHOTO:
• Please supply your photo AFTER your order has been placed
• Login to your account and go to ‘My Orders’
• Click ‘Contact the Seller’
• Click ‘Choose Files’ at the bottom of the page and select your image (please send as a .JPG file, only one image can be uploaded at once)
• Click ‘Submit’
If you have problems uploading your image, please email your image to [email protected] - please include your order number.
PLEASE NOTE: If your image cannot be cropped to the portrait shape, and is more suited to a landscape format, we will produce your wooden block in landscape for you. The wood colour & grain will show through behind your photo, making the photo appear slightly darker. Please see example images.
