The Wasabi Crate is the perfect growing gift for a lover of Japanese Cuisine.

We’re always delighted to find plants that grow happily in the fickle British climate, and especially when they’re as exotic as wasabi. Wasabi paste is traditionally eaten with sushi, but the leaf stalks and leaves are equally tasty.

Wasabi plants will grow happily in moist, well-drained soil in a cool, shady location. The wasabi plant will die down completely and become dormant during the winter months.

PLEASE NOTE: We always deliver a healthy specimen, which will grow vigorously. Each plant will vary in size and shape depending on availability and time of year.
