Be a charcutier for the day! Get stuck in & learn the skills to make delicious cured meats.

A full day packed of learning the principles of charcuterie, make your own salami & bacon which we'll age for you and deliver to you once ready.

We'll teach you how to make fresh sausages to take away with you on the day. You'll be fed & watered Greek style with a Meze lunch cooked over charcoal.

You'll leave with £50 worth of extra goodies and a wealth of knowledge.

Led by head charcutier and TV winners at The Greek Farmer, we will develop your skills and offer you a chance to see the true workings of a commercial charcuterie production facility.

Courses will run throughout the year with a maximum of 6 persons per course. The full day course will be held in Hertfordshire, SG4 7PS and will run from 9am to 4pm.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: Specific course dates can be chosen after purchase. We will provide you with everything you need for the course including lunch.
