History speaks to you from every corner, and you’ll start to see Liverpool like a Liverpudlian. Your guide will be from the city, an expert in anecdotes, history, and the foodie culture. The terms Scouse and Scouser are both derived from a traditional sailor's stew (lobscouse) and is the city’s traditional dish. Keep a lookout for a scouse pud: stew in a Yorkshire pudding.
