A great way to learn the harmonica, the fantastic little instrument you can pick up in an hour and develop over a lifetime.
During this 90-minute class you’ll get to grips with the three Bs: Breath, Bars and Blues – and discover the correct way to hold the harmonica. Learn to play a single note and ‘harmonica train’, master chords and a three-bar blues riff, and improvise with a blues jam.
THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILS
Harmonicas are not provided on the day, so you’ll need to bring a 10-hole diatonic in the key of C. Names to look out for are Hohner, Lee Oskar, Seydel and Suzuki. Each class caters for a minimum of four and maximum of 15 people and takes place in Shoreditch, London. Classes take place on Saturdays roughly once every six weeks, and run for 1.5 hours. Book for either one or two people.
