Embrace your inner flapper and learn the dance of the 1920's - The Solo Charleston. A fast and incredibly fun day long workshop.
Most dances require partnering up, but there’s one where you can take the floor and dance like no-one is watching. Solo Charleston is fab, fast and fun. The music is dazzlingly joyful and best of all there is absolutely zero chance of treading on anybody’s toes except your own.
This great class is run by our Swing Dance partners ‘Swing Patrol’, who are guaranteed to get you up and at it. Learn a new skill and start a new hobby.
Remember there is no requirement to bring a partner, which is one worry out of the way, and you will be learning a short routine that you will perform with the group at the end of the lesson.
So come and kick up your heels, left foot out, flex those ankles, extend your arms, hands at right angles…....it’s oh so simple.
