It's a hop, skip, and a jump from most theatres, and you will be installed in your seat, reading the programme while everyone else is still in the crush.

Sir Ian McKellen will be your guide as you discover the history of the West End and its theatres, with a voice map to follow - 'All the World's a Stage and all the men and women merely players' - but of course he could read telephone numbers and make them interesting. The walk lasts about 75 mins, so a convivial glass or two of deliciousness at the end will be most welcome.
