Dive into the World of Botanical Artistry with a Terrarium Workshop in Brighton.
WHAT'S THIS TERRARIUM CLASS ALL ABOUT?
Indoor gardening at its most imaginative. An entire plant world, surviving in it’s own ecosystem.
The Victorians were hot onto the trend, creating small delicate wrought iron greenhouses so that imitations of the grand glass houses of the day could be incorporated into their houses. Plants that love humidity, love terrariums, and a spot of charcoal in the mix helps to remove any toxins. Of course you need to learn how to layer a terrarium. Which plants are the most suitable, and of course the tools you need. A trowel won’t hack it.
A bit of expert advice goes a long way. ‘Between Two Thorns’ is a destination indoor plant shop. This is a haven for indoor greenery. Plants make people happy and alongside cake and coffee you can also learn how to bottle your succulents. At this workshop you can slurp and munch, although you may be too busy wiggling the plants into their safe space to bother.
Once you have learnt the technique a glass jar takes on a whole new life.
