Why do we act the way we do? This is a day packed with the latest ideas on how people think.
WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?
This is an introduction to the human mind—a riveting insight into human psychology. Learn about how individuals think, including making decisions, how the memory works, and equally important, why it often doesn’t. Mike Culley is a chartered psychologist, who works with individuals and organisations to share ideas about the mind and human behaviour.
The workshop includes discussions and demonstrations to help illuminate the concepts covered, as you gain insights into people, including personality, behaviour, and even how to overcome stress, build resilience, and begin to feel great. This really is a day of discovery, learning, and personal growth, including elements you could find very useful in your own everyday life.
TELL ME MORE
This workshop assumes no prior knowledge of psychology, but that doesn’t mean you won’t be introduced to a lot of ideas on the whys and wherefores of human behaviour. Decoding body language, the basis of personality, the psychology of decision-making and relationships—it’s all there.
Do you want to enhance your self-awareness, improve your relationships, or just satisfy your curiosity about people? If the answer is yes, yes and yes, what are you waiting for?
A day of stimulation, which is what every mind needs. What do you think?
