Hello and welcome to The London Chocolate Company. Our small team of highly skilled chocolatiers have been making chocolates in London since 2006. If we weren't making chocolate we'd definitely be creating something else that you could send as a gift and would make people smile - that's what we love to do!
In 2013 inspired by the London 2012 Olympic Games and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee we created The London Chocolate Company to bring you world-class chocolates with delicious flavours starting with a well-known British classic – Strawberries and Cream.
Our goal is to share the chocolates we create with as many people as possible, for everyone to experience the “wow” we feel when we taste a chocolate with delicious flavour combinations that have taken months to perfect.
How the chocolates are made

Ideas that drive us:
#1. Keep making things better – we’ve been on amazing journey so far, creating chocolates with seriously fun flavour combinations, it would be so easy for us to say we’ve done it all but we never stop learning. We remember the look on people’s faces when we told them we’re creating a Gin & Tonic truffle (even we weren’t too sure we could do it at the time!) but three months later we did it.
#2. No X Factor – for us it’s about the “WOW” factor – seriously, until we get to a stage in our development kitchen where we all say “wow” we keep going.
#3. The Gift of Giving - We always like to think that our final product will be given as a present (even if it’s to you!) so from the outset we create our products as gifts, thinking about the aroma and look of the chocolates and if we can make our packaging more beautiful without being harsh to the environment.
Delivery
It’s important to us that the item you have ordered reaches you in perfect condition, that’s why we use custom made packaging and take extra care when packing each box.
Our products are delivered using Royal Mail first class recorded delivery (which takes 1-3 working days) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next day). In some circumstances we may use a courier company for larger orders.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm (GMT) the same day provided the item is in stock. Orders received after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order this quickly we will contact you by email to offer you an alternative collection or a later delivery date, or a refund if you prefer. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery outside of our control including industrial action and subsequent disruption to the service. We endeavor to keep our customers informed so that they are aware of the situation and know when to expect delays. We do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or any other circumstances beyond our control, except at our discretion.
We reserve the right not to send a message that may contain offensive and/or inappropriate content.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery.
