Boekenhoutskloof is a celebrated name in South African winemaking, located in the picturesque Franschhoek Valley. Established in 1776 and fully restored in 1993, the estate has grown into one of the country’s most acclaimed vineyards. Under the stewardship of Marc Kent, awarded Diners Club Winemaker of the Year in 2007, Boekenhoutskloof was named Platter’s South African Winery of the Year in 2020. We always intend to despatch any orders on the same day, on a next day delivery service, assuming checkout is completed before 1pm as this gives us enough time to prepare the package.

You can also track your order throughout the process, ensuring that you’re home to accept it or make alternative arrangements with DPD.

If ordering as a gift, please provide the recipient’s address and a contact telephone number so they are notified a delivery is coming. While the arrival of a magnum will surely be a welcome surprise, we want to ensure somebody is available to sign for the package. We’ll keep you updated about the delivery progress, and supply a purchase invoice that doubles as a receipt for your financial records to your email address. We never include an invoice with the package in case it is a gift.

Returns

You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
