Starting life in the 1950s, when Gaetano Quarta began roasting beans in a local southern Italy bar, Quarta Caffe has grown into one of Italy's most loved coffees. Gaetano's coffee making secrets have passed from generation to generation for nearly 70 years. The family motto is “Innovation Through Continuity”. Led by his son and grandchildren, Quarta Caffe still uses Gaetano's recipes and blends. But now their factory is powered by its own wind turbines, producing the same classic Quarta coffee in a sustainable and eco-friendly way.
