Our alcoholic Raspberry & Prosecco marshmallows are handmade using ripe raspberry powder, finest Italian Prosecco and only ever British sugar.

We create award-winning gourmet marshmallows in a range of delicious flavours. Our products are 100% natural with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Handmade in the UK by artisan confectioners.

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Water, Bovine Gelatine (SULPHITES), Corn Flour, Icing Sugar, Raspberry Powder (2%), Salt, Italian Prosecco (0.3%) (SULPHITES), Raspberry Natural Flavouring (0.2%), Prosecco Natural Flavouring (0.07%).

Shelf life: 5-6 months

Dimensions

Each marshmallow is hand-cut to size and therefore individual sizing and weight may vary. As a guide, each marshmallow measures 3cm x 3cm x 3cm and weighs 12.5g. Our pillow pack box measures 20cm x 11.5cm x 4.5cm (Length x Width x Depth) and weighs 120g. Each pack includes a minimum of eight hand-cut marshmallows.
