The idea came to me after my friend sent me a gift in the post to cheer me up during lockdown and it made me realise how beautuful friendship is. I started sending everyone little postcards with messages of positivity after that - let's be honest, who doesn't love getting some exciting post!

I think the magical element of a positivity postcard is the ability to send a lovely note, but also display the postcard as a print afterwards, as a reminder to keep being your amazing self!
