Aged 9 months in French and American oak barrels. Cherry red, medium to high intensity. Dark fruits, with spicy (cinnamon) and toasted notes. Balanced, fresh and with a full body. Full on tannins, long finish.
Best with pasta, red meat dishes. The Bobal grapes high levels of resveratrol, an antioxidant and heart healthy polyphenol, which helps metabolise fats.
