Our story starts a little further west—the Big Apple, circa 2014. When Florence, our founder, tried her first shot of pickle juice. She headed back to Hackney with pickles on the brain.

Then she started experimenting. Running bottles of sharp, umami-filled juice past friendly neighbourhood bartenders, and discovering it could be used to make a mean Blood Mary. Now, every bottle of our award-winning Original Pickle Juice and Spiced Tomato Mix is made at our family farm in Suffolk.
