The Proof is a London based, entirely NUT-FREE Bakery born in 2020 by founder and baker Francesca Strange.

The Proof was an idea born out of the realisation that when organising a menu, pudding is often an afterthought, only considered once the rest of the menu has been poured over. The planning of a dinner party, for example, would often go so far as a starter and main and maybe even nibbles, but then the pudding offered as an item a guest could contribute. But time constraints and busy lifestyles meant that often the best a guest could manage would be a

cheesecake from the supermarket or a tub of artisan ice cream from the freezer cabinet.

We wanted the pudding to be more than just an afterthought, so we built a concept around us bringing pudding instead. Ordering from The Proof means you can select from an array of seasonal hot or cold items, made using only the finest quality ingredients and lovingly made with care.
