Variations
Pitmaster BBQ Rub is an all purpose BBQ seasoning. With hints of natural hickory & chilli, perfect for ribs, brisket, burgers and pork. It has won a number of awards including 2 Gold Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2017and won 1st Place in the 2015 National Chilli Awards for Best Rub/Spice Blend.
Taste the Deep South with our mustard based South Carolina BBQ Rub. Delicious on pork belly, ribs, chops & chicken wings.
Our Ancho Coffee BBQ Rub is robust and earthy in flavour. The main ingredient is freshly ground coffee complemented with the Mexican Ancho chilli. The aroma of smoke and coffee comes through straight away and creates delicious results when cooked on red meats whether they be roasted or barbecued.
The Chipotle Charcoal BBQ Rub contains activated charcoal which gives your food a unique taste and black appearance. Backed up with heat and flavour from the Mexican Chipotle chilli and spices.
Use the Louisiana Cajun Rub on grilled prawns and chicken. Great for adding flavour to gumbo, stews and stir frys.
