This special edition has been created in partnership with Peter Hook and The Haçienda to celebrate a Manchester institution with a lasting impact on the city we call home, and on a global movement of music, art and culture.

Our master distillers, Seb and Jen, worked with Peter Hook to create a Manchester Gin with Haçienda spirit. It has a refreshing zestiness that comes through from lemon and lime peel; a nod to the vibrant acid house scene.

On the nose, you’ll get a big burst of lemon and lime zest which turns sherbety on the palate. This is a bold, citrusy gin with a dry, peppery, but perfectly balanced finish.

Serve with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic with a lemon and lime twist.
