For our “pink gin”, we infuse with beautiful fresh raspberries before and after distillation, as well as distilling with them, which gives our Raspberry Infused Gin a delicate sweetness and a subtle pink hue.
Unlike other flavoured spirits, we’ve kept ours full strength to maintain the lovely piney juniper character than makes gin gin. You’ll get an unmistakable raspberry aroma on the nose and a gentle raspberry sweetness on the palate, to be lovingly paired with a light tonic that enhances rather than smothers its floral sweetness.
