Manchester Gin Wild Spirit

A bottle of our Wild Spirit Gin! Savoury and herbaceous with lots of almond and dandelion and burdock for smoothness and depth of flavour.

We’ve taken out the citrus and sweeter notes from our signature gin and instead used Sage, Thyme, Orris, Lemon Balm and Silver Birch.

Almost creamy on the palate, Wild Spirit is a little bit unusual, forgoing the citrus hit that you may expect from a gin to give way to a rich, fragrant combination of herbs and botanicals. On the nose, it’s rich and piney with plenty of juniper, with a delicate savoury palate reminiscent of woodland walks.

Serve with Franklin & Sons Natural Light with thyme and blackberries.

Or for something a little different and more savoury, serve with Franklin & Sons Olive and Rosemary with thyme and blackberries.
