Our jams are made with a variety of fruit and sugar, flavours will vary throughout the year. Full list of ingredients available in labels according to food labelling regulations.
All our jams are made following a traditional open pan method, which means that each batch only produces around 30 jars. By producing smaller batches, we create a much more intense flavour. We also refrain from using any unnecessary ingredients to ensure that every jar is as full of fruit as possible.
Only seasonal and fair trade ingredients are used in our jams. No artificial anything. Shelf life around one year. Store in a fresh dry place avoiding direct sun light. Our jams are made with a variety of fruit and sugar, and flavours will vary throughout the year.

Mojito marmalade: lime (35%), lemon (20%), honey (5%), fresh peppermint (10%), golden sugar (30%).
Seville oranges and black beer: Seville oranges (65%), black beer (20%), sugar (15%).
Raspberries gin and tonic: raspberries (60%), gin (15%), tonic (5%), lemon (3%) sugar (17%).
Blueberries and Cava: blueberries (50%), Cava (20%), pectin (3%), fair trade sugar (27%).
Cherries and Rioja P.D.O.:cCherries (50%), Rioja P.D.O. red wine (20%), pectin (3%), fair trade sugar (27%).
Sangria Marmalade: strawberries (5%), apples (30%), mixed berries(3%), red wine (15%), oranje juice (7%), brandy (5%), cinnamon (5%), fair trade sugar (30%).
Labels and all packaging are made of paper and cardboard.
Jars are made from clear glass. Gold coloured lids.
