A twist on a classic, these blondies have all the flavours of a bakewell tart in traybake form! Made with ground almonds and cherry jam, these blondies are packed full of white chocolate chips for that little extra something. This kit contains the highest quality ingredients, all packed in planet friendly recycled paper bags and compostable plastic. All dry ingredients are included, as well as a reusable recipe card and greaseproof paper.
Makes 8”x 8” tin or 9 squares
Just add: 150g butter and 2 eggs
